Orange County Bass Club fishes 11 tournaments per calendar year. Within this schedule, there are typically 3-4 travel tournaments that are two days in duration. 10 tournaments comprise the season, and there in a Tournament of Champions (TOC) held after the end of the season. Most one day tournaments are within 3 hours of Orange County, while any fisheries a little farther than that typically become two day destinations. Once a year, the club will have a Friday/Saturday travel tournament designed to take advantage of the excellent angling opportunities north of San Francisco.
The TOC is a entry-free championship for the Top 10 anglers in the club by annual points. Any angler who wins a regular season tournament also qualifies for TOC regardless of their points standing, so long as they participate in a set number of monthly club meetings.
